Set Goals to Measure Your Impact
What you can measure
As the CRC gets off the ground, you will want to share its successes with the community as well as with a wider audience. Develop metrics and other ways to measure your successes -- and begin to track them as soon as possible. That way, you can build on the meaningful and compelling story of your CRC, and share that story well into the future -- with data that backs it up. The metrics you collect will also help you make the case for future funding and partnerships as the CRC continues to grow.
