Overview

Describe what is meant by a triple bottom line approach, and how your CRC will adhere to that practice. This information can be pulled directly from the work you did in the Get Started section under "goal setting."

Community Impact

Describe the ways you will have a positive impact on people, starting with those who work at the CRC, both as paid staff and volunteers.

  1. How will you ensure your workplace is one of respect and fairness?

  2. What are the health and safety regulations you will follow, and how will these be communicated throughout the CRC?

  3. What is the CRC's practices and policies regarding wages (living wage, annual increases, etc)? What employee benefits will your staff receive?

  4. What training is available for staff?

Environmental Impact

Explain the ways -- beyond material diversion -- that the CRC engages in sound environmental practices.

Economic Impact

Explain how the economic resilience of the CRC will benefit the employees and the community.
