Marketing Plan

Launch strategy

Use the work you did in Getting Started, Marketing and Communication Strategy, to write your launch strategy. Describe how will you communicate to your stakeholders about the launch of the Community ReUse Center.

Questions
  1. Who are your priority stakeholder groups and what is the best way to reach them?

  2. What is the main information you want to convey?

  3. Are there events you can host or participate in to spread the word?

Tips

Develop a launch timeline that includes all aspects of your marketing outreach.

3-year plan

Take a longer view of your messaging and summarize the key points for your longer-term marketing efforts.

Questions
  1. Are there regular community events you can participate in throughout the year?

  2. Can you create on-site events to regularly draw people in?

  3. Who are hard-to-reach groups and how can you work to engage them over the next years?

Tips

Consider hosting pre-opening tours and events at your site for different groups.
Pop-ups at other events are a great way to raise awareness.
